Return and Exchange Policy

General Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
All returns and exchanges must be made at our brick-and-mortar location:

Exceptions:
If you are unable to return the item in person, contact us in advance at returns@mabacol.com within the 15-day period to discuss alternative arrangements. Please note: We are not responsible for providing a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the best approach is to return the item you no longer need and place a new order for the desired item. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with the new purchase.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification. As with our general return policy, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
